The Dream Home up in lights!

There’s no place like home… and there’s nothing quite like a billboard-sized copy of your book either!

Seeing a digital billboard of The Dream Home was such a huge buzz – the kind of thing I’d daydream about when I first set out to write a novel almost twenty years ago. And as you can see, I was grinning like a Cheshire cat when the digital display clicked around to show my latest thriller bigger than I’ve ever seen it before :-)

The billboards have been up in London, Manchester, Glasgow, Leeds, Southampton and some other places – including Nottingham.

This particular one was just down the road from the Motorpoint Arena in my home city, so we paid a visit after a recent Nottingham Panthers ice hockey game and I proceeded to take about million pictures! No doubt there were some fairly confused drivers passing by that night, as I stood by the roadside holding my phone up… but it was definitely worth it in the end.

In other news, I’m VERY excited to be heading to London on Saturday June 1st where I’ll be appearing at the Capital Crime book festival.

I’ll be on a panel talking about high-octane thrillers with fellow authors Kim Sherwood, Sarah Pearse and Eva Bjorg Aegisdottir, with expert moderator Abir Mukherjee.

There will be a signing afterwards and of course there are a ton of other great events as part of the festival (which starts on Thursday May 30th), so I hope to meet lots of readers there.
